I can answer specific questions related to the product
themselves, but not about HTML in general.
I hate to sound hard-nosed about this, but I can’t tell you
how many “How do you change the font?” or “I know nothing
about HTML, what do I do?” type of requests I get.
I simply can’t afford to take hours to teach you how to
write HTML.
